We want to develop and nurture the creative talent of different minds and bodies, particularly those that face barriers when they want to grow creatively.

We do this through dedicated talent development programmes, through providing opportunities that aim to address barriers by doing things differently and by working with individuals to identify what specific support they need to thrive.
